Media Submissions
This section serves to verify and certify that you own the copyright and have obtained written consent to use names, photos and images of any living person which are contained therein. You also grant VistaMedia, Inc. permission to use your material in The Wedding Guide to the Outer Banks magazine, on the website, on social media pages and in general distribution of marketing materials on a royalty-free basis.

Media Spec Information
You must adhere to these spec guidelines for your media submission

What to Submit
- No more than 200 high resolution photographs. Please try not to crop too tightly.
- A digital contact sheet (pdf) of your images. Image names on the contact sheet must match the corresponding submitted file names.
- The Media submission form (which you will be redirected to following this form)
- Our Photography Release form (which you will be redirected to following the media submission form)

Send Your Submission Package
- Image files should be sent via WeTransfer, DropBox or other file sharing service. Send to csinclair@vgnet.com. Though not preferred, flash drives will be accepted. Please mail to the address below, Attention: Christina Sinclair.
