If your photographs contain the name, likeness or image of any living person, you also confirm that you have obtained any necessary written consent or permissions for those individuals to appear in the submitted material. By consenting to the photography release, you grant VistaMedia, Inc. royalty-free permission to use submitted photography across its publications and related platforms. VistaMedia reserves the right to select images based on editorial, design and promotional needs. Photo Credit We want to make sure photographers are properly identified when a photo credit is included. Please provide your preferred photographer or business name exactly as you would like it to appear with your submitted photography. The existing form specifically asks submitters to provide their desired photo credit wording. Before You Consent By completing the photography release and submitting your images, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms, confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the submitted material, and authorize VistaMedia, Inc. to use the photography as described above on a royalty-free basis.
